Returns & Exchanges
At endota spa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, if you are not happy with your beauty products, we offer returns for most items within 30 days of purchase.
Return Process
- 1.Check Eligibility
Ensure your products are unused, in their original packaging, and were purchased directly from the endota online store or a physical spa location.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization number.
- 3.Pack and Post
Securely package your items and include the Return Authorization form before posting them to our Melbourne distribution center via a tracked service.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.
